The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and its foothills represents one of the most important wilderness strongholds on the planet, where urgent conservation measures and initiatives need to be conducted to preserve its unique wildlife and ecosystems.

THE APPROACH

Fly High Bird Club is a unique initiative that engages rural youth in tailoring locally-adapted opportunities for their own professional careers while stimulating a transformative development of their communities around ecosystem protection and biodiversity conservation.
